Off the beach and into the waves, a Dorymen launch their Dory's and heads out to fish into the ocean off the Oregon Coast.

Artist Carol Miles Johnson shares her time between her favorite Oregon cites of Pacific City on the Oregon Coast and Bend in Oregon High Desert Country.

Carol Miles Johnson began creating posters from familiar subjects in the small town of Pacific City where she lived for  27 years, taking art classes with local artists. Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock and particularly the Oregon coast dory boats are favorite subjects.
